An authorised Demartini Method Facilitator (DF) provides the support needed to successfully implement the Demartini Method. The DF is the key individual on the team who works with the facilitators (FCs) and participants to ensure the program runs smoothly. They also help create a safe space for participants to explore their hidden potential in a supportive and confidential setting.Duties include but are not limited to:
The DF should sit down with the other facilitators and decide what their roles are. This includes who will be responsible for the registration process, who will be in charge of the program and who will run the course when it’s in session. This will help with the flow of the program and make it more efficient.
This includes setting up the website, communicating with hosts and participants and keeping track of the registration process. It will also depend on the type of program and the number of people attending. The DF should make sure that they have enough time to finish everything on time and that they have enough leads to make sure everyone who wants to attend has a place.
The DF should make sure that the space is suitable for the type of program and that people feel comfortable and safe there. This includes making sure the right equipment is available (e.g. tables and chairs), that the room is clean and that the lighting isn’t too bright or low. They should also make sure that there are enough supplies, snacks, beverages and water available to stay hydrated and full throughout the day.
The DF is responsible for following up with clients after the program to see what they thought about it, if they plan to continue with their goals and what they can do next. This will help the facilitators and participants with the program to make sure it continues to run smoothly.
The DF is an important member of the Demartini Method team. They help lead the program, create a safe space for the participants and provide feedback and follow-up with the clients after the program. The DF is responsible for many aspects of the program, so make sure they have enough time to finish everything on time and enough leads.
